This ILCA outhaul is made with Marlow’s GP78 in blue and Allen’s Tii-On blocks for seamless splices and fast & free moving blocks.

Secondary line with loop in end and a 30mm Tii-On on the other end with the primary line spliced onto the 30mm Tii-On block
Block to attach on to the v cleat on the boom
Spliced turning block at the mast
